This ceiling light is by Negra. It is made of pressed glass from around 1930.
It's unclear why a handful of Degué models have signatures like Negra or Roc. These are not company names. This Negra bowl is the only Degué model made with this obscure signature. The bowl is represented as model number 587 in the old Degué product catalog.
