Are your works authentic?

Yes, all works offered on Nahum Gallery are authentic and carefully selected.

Each piece undergoes rigorous verification before being put up for sale.

For signed works, we provide all available information on provenance and attribution.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

Our works come from auctions and are rarely accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

For any specific questions about a piece, do not hesitate to contact us before your purchase, and we will provide you with all the information we have, as well as additional photos if necessary.

How are the artworks packaged for shipping?

Each artwork is carefully packaged, using protective materials suited to its nature (tissue paper, rigid cardboard, foam, tube for prints and posters).

Our priority is for your acquisition to reach you in perfect condition.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and the nature of the artwork.

Can I return artwork if I don't like it?

In accordance with European law, customers residing in the European Union have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

For any return requests outside the EU, please contact us directly so we can review your situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

If you wish to pay in installments, you also have the option to use Klarna.

All payments are secured via the Shopify platform.

Are the prices negotiable?

Our prices are as fair as possible.

For multiple purchases or high-value items, please do not hesitate to contact us directly; we will do our best to find a satisfactory arrangement.

How can I get more information about a work?

Can I see an artwork in person before buying it?

Yes, by appointment in Vitry-sur-Seine (94400).

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you have any questions, our team is available by email.

Can I pick up my order in person?

It is entirely possible to pick up your order in person.
Our artworks are stored in the Paris region (Ivry-sur-Seine) and in Normandy.

Please feel free to contact us to arrange an on-site pickup.
