A student of Jean-Léon Gérôme and Albert Maignan, he specialized in figurative painting and exhibited regularly at the Salon d'Hiver between 1925 and 1937. His works demonstrate a mastery of realistic and figurative rendering, with particular attention to scenes of daily life and landscapes.
