Biography of Moussia Toulman
Moussia Toulman, born in 1903 in Ukraine and died in 1997 in Paris, is a painter, poet and art critic. She is recognized for her contributions in these three fields as well as for her cultural commitment.
After deciding to continue her studies in Paris, the capital of art, Moussia Toulman moved there in 1929. She joined the "Société des salons indépendants" and became a notable figure of the "École de Paris". In Paris, she painted classical landscapes, still lifes, nudes and portraits.

In 1938, she would have had the opportunity to paint the sculptor Naoum Aronson. Moussia Toulman is also known for her art criticism, publishing articles on painters such as Garfinkiel Dobrinski, Jean Michel Atlan, and Marcelle Cahn.
She founded the "Art Organization" with Mane Katz, Jean Michel Atlan and other artists to develop cultural ties with Israel and support Israeli artists in Paris. In addition to her painting work, she wrote poetry and published various critical articles.
Moussia Toulman donated part of his collection to the Ein Harod Museum in Galilee. His works are exhibited in several museums, testifying to his influence in the art world.
She left a rich legacy through her works and contributions to art criticism.
